Our Drivers Join Together During the 2017 Southern California Flatbed Safety Meeting

This past weekend, our drivers of the Southern California Flatbed division met with one another at the Mountain Meadows Golf Club in Pomona, CA for the annual driver safety meeting. Every year, our safety team comes out and discusses industry news, company updates, and important safety information to ensure our drivers have all of the knowledge and tools at their disposal when on the road.

We treated our drivers to breakfast before the meeting began where they sat and mingled with one another and our management team about their lives, families, and careers. Paul Truman was the first to speak about the latest transportation industry news, the current state of Estenson Logistics, and the exciting growth we've achieved in the last decade.

The morning continued with some performance updates by Joel Kornblum, the Regional Manager of our Southern California Flatbed Division, as well as presentations from our safety department including its Vice President Chris Licht and West Coast Field Safety Manager Mark Bustos.

And finally, the morning ended with an award ceremony celebrating our drivers for their incredible safety accomplishments. Drivers who have achieved a perfect safety record with zero preventable incidents between 1 and 7 years received recognition amongst their peers. Estenson Logistics was very fortunate to have our prestigious members of the Million Miler Club in attendance as well.

We were very excited with the reception we received from all of our amazing drivers. They are the lifeblood of Estenson Logistics and we couldn't be happier to spend time with them and celebrate their wonderful accomplishments. This has been another successful Safety Meeting and we hope to see everyone again next year.
